Welcome to La Luna Den
Welcome to La Luna Den. I’m so glad you’re here.
For more than 30 years, I’ve read tarot cards and explored spirituality in many forms. Along the way, I’ve studied different traditions, read countless books, and asked plenty of questions. Most importantly, I’ve spent years discovering what spirituality actually means to me.
Still, something always felt incomplete.
Finding My Own Spiritual Path
Wicca especially caught my attention. I loved its connection to nature, the changing seasons, the moon, and meaningful everyday rituals.
However, I eventually realized that I didn’t need elaborate ceremonies to connect with something greater. I didn’t need expensive tools or complicated rules, either.
So, I stopped trying to fit into someone else’s spiritual practice.
Instead, I created my own.
That journey eventually led me to what I call Minimalist Spirituality.
Minimalist Spirituality isn’t a religion or a movement. Instead, it describes how I approach spirituality. I focus on simplicity, intention, curiosity, nature, and everyday life.
What Minimalist Spirituality Means to Me
My philosophy is simple:
Spirituality has no universal rulebook.
- Keep what helps you grow.
- Question everything.
- Explore what interests you.
- Leave behind what doesn’t resonate.
- Build a spiritual practice that feels like your own.
Your spiritual path should feel like coming home, not like trying to pass someone else’s test.
For me, spirituality works best when it becomes part of everyday life. You don’t need a perfect altar, expensive supplies, or hours of free time. Sometimes a few quiet minutes, a candle, a tarot card, a walk outside, or a moment of intention gives you exactly what you need.
The practice matters because of the meaning you give it.
Tarot as a Tool for Reflection
Tarot continues to play an important role in my journey.
However, I don’t believe the cards dictate an unchangeable future. Instead, I use tarot as a tool for reflection and perspective.
The cards encourage us to ask questions. They can help us look at situations differently and notice possibilities we might otherwise miss. Sometimes, tarot simply gives us permission to stop, think, and listen to ourselves.
After more than 30 years of reading tarot, I still find something new in the cards. That’s one of the reasons I continue to love them.
What Is La Luna Den?
La Luna Den is a podcast, store, and spiritual space where I share what has helped me grow throughout my own journey.
After decades of exploring tarot, spirituality, Wicca, meditation, and different traditions, I’ve learned something important:
Growth doesn’t require a complicated spiritual practice.
Through the La Luna Den Podcast, I talk openly about spirituality, tarot, intuition, moon practices, meditation, and everyday spiritual life. I also share ideas that have helped me find greater meaning, perspective, and peace.
The La Luna Den Store takes those ideas further. There, you’ll find ebooks, guided meditations, spiritual resources, clothing, gifts, household items, and other products inspired by minimalist spirituality and witchy living.
Everything connects back to the same idea:
Make spirituality work for your life.
I’m not here to tell you what to believe. I’m also not here to tell you exactly how to practice. Instead, I want to share what I’ve learned and give you ideas and tools to explore for yourself. Take what helps you grow. Adapt it to your life. Question what doesn’t make sense. Then, leave behind anything that doesn’t serve you.
Explore Spirituality Your Way
Throughout La Luna Den, you’ll find different ways to explore your spiritual side.
Listen to the podcast. Read an ebook. Try a short meditation. Explore tarot. Learn about the moon. Experiment with a simple spiritual practice. Or simply find something in the store that makes your witchy heart happy.
You don’t have to do everything.
In fact, that’s the point. Start with what interests you. Try something new. Pay attention to how it makes you feel. Then, decide whether it deserves a place in your own practice.
If something inspires you, explore it. Adapt it. Use it. Make it yours.
And if something doesn’t resonate, leave it behind. No guilt, no pressure, and no spiritual test to pass. That’s the beauty of Minimalist Spirituality.
The Meaning Behind La Luna Den
The name La Luna Den means something personal to me, too. A den represents a place where you can retreat from the noise. It’s somewhere you can feel comfortable enough to think, question, explore, and simply be yourself.
My La Luna Den exists inside my own mind.
It’s the quiet place where I can turn down the volume on everyone else’s opinions. Where I can breathe, reflect, ask difficult questions, celebrate small victories, and reconnect with myself. And unlike a physical place, I can take it anywhere.
La Luna Den reminds me of something I’ve learned after all these years:
I don’t need to become someone else to live a spiritual life. I only need to become more myself.
Welcome Home
I created La Luna Den to share what has helped me on my own journey. I don’t claim to have every answer, and I don’t think anyone does. Instead, I believe spirituality grows when we stay curious, keep learning, and permit ourselves to change.
So, explore. Question. Experiment.
Keep what brings meaning to your life. Change what needs changing. Leave behind what doesn’t belong.
And, above all, create a spiritual path that truly belongs to you.
Welcome to La Luna Den.
Welcome home.
